I made the Clinker Chocolate Bark for my cousin's wedding earlier this year. I knew that Seamus and Steph's wedding was going to be a real party and celebration so I wanted to make them a wedding favour that reflected their fun-loving personalities. With only two ingredients, Clinkers + chocolate, this chocolate bark would be perfect for a kids' party too.
