Clinker Party Pops

Hello party people! It has been a little while since my last blog post and we have been busy behind the scenes trialling some new party food recipes! My little taste testers have told me that these Clinker Party Pops are their new favourite party treat. (Alex would have eaten 10 of these if I had let him!) In the middle is a no-bake chocolate cheesecake with teeny tiny pieces of clinkers and then it is coated in milk chocolate and crushed clinkers. The best bit about these cheesecake pops is that you get the lovely look of a cake pop, but they take no time at all to make. In fact, 10 minutes is all you need to get these made and then another 10 minutes to decorate. These would be equally delicious with crushed honeycomb or peppermint crisp. Click here for the recipe.
