Celebrate Easter at Four Seasons Sydney
The Easter bunny has come early at Four Seasons Hotel Sydney with an incredible Easter High Tea being offered at the hotel's elegant Mode Kitchen & Bar.
My sisters and I enjoyed a staycation at Four Seasons last week and were treated to a preview of the Easter High Tea and it is absolutely magical!
The hotel’s talented Pastry Sous Chef, Quentin Zerr, has created a decadent menu to enjoy with the family this Easter. Every single item across the three tiers of handcrafted sweets, savouries and scones on the Easter High Tea menu are made 100% in-house at the hotel.
Quentin's creations are edible works of art, with elegant touches that will delight guests of all ages.
Children’s High Tea is also available and the package includes a large paint-your-own Easter egg (pictured above) which is, nestled on top of a fluffy bed of Pariyas Persian fairy floss and is a delightful activity for the children to enjoy! The little ones can decorate the egg and then dive inside to see if they’re a Golden Ticket winner, with two lucky winners receiving overnight accommodation in the hotel’s Family Fun Package.
The decadent Easter High Tea menu includes Egg & White Truffle Sandwiches, Prawn Rolls, Comte Gougeres and Gorgonzola & Radicchio Tarts.
The incredible desserts include a Mini Pear, Easter Carrot Cake (topped with chocolate), Valrhona Dark Chocolate Delice, a gorgeous chocolate Easter egg filled with mango cream and Scones with whipped cream & berry jam.
The hotel also offers a sensational gluten free High Tea and pictured above is the gluten free menu for Easter - delightful!
The Easter High Tea is available on the weekends of 8 – 10 and 15 – 17 of April, 2022. Reservations can be made at www.modekitchenandbar.com.au.
We could not have enjoyed our staycation at Four Seasons more and below are some of the highlights from our stay.
1. Sipping on bubbles from our Premier Opera Room. These corner rooms are suite-size and look right over the Sydney Opera House & Harbour Bridge. The room is huge and the perfect size for a girl's weekend away as can accomodate three adults comfortably with one king bed and full-size rollaway bed as well as a separate lounge and bar area.
We received such a beautiful welcome at Four Seasons. The chocolate covered strawberries were devoured very quickly!
2. It wouldn't be a girl's weekend away without some relaxation time and we enjoyed morning yoga overlooking the harbour. Bliss!
This was the spectacular view from our room which was on level 25 of the hotel.
3. Another highlight from our minibreak was sipping on Grain Bar’s signature ‘IN LIKE FLYNN’ cocktail which features Widges Gin, Amaro Montenegro, Eucalyptus, Lemon and that adorable edible Koala Print. I don’t think I’ve ever seen, or tasted, a more incredible cocktail creation. Four Seasons can customise cocktails for parties and functions hosted at the hotel with customised edible cocktail toppers. www.grainbar.com.au
We were so lucky to have our cocktails delivered to our High Tea by Grain Bar Manager & Head Craftsman, Adam Lau. Thank you Adam!
4.. The breakfasts at Mode Kitchen & Bar were an absolute standout of our stay - anyone for Lemon Ricotta Pancakes, whipped cream, fresh berries and maple syrup?!
5. Room service dinner overlooking the harbour was another highlight of our staycation.. With room service this delicious and views this fabulous, you won't want to be leaving your room either!
